Dr Agatha Conrad is a Clinical Psychologist with extensive experience working across different settings with adults and adolescents with a range of mental health issues. Dr Conrad has specialist skills in working with a range of mental health disorders including anxiety disorders, depression disorders (including post-natal depression), personality and eating disorders, grief and loss, trauma and relationship issues. As part of her practice, Dr Conrad uses an evidence base and a range of psychological approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Gottman’s Couples therapy.
