Ben has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions including neck pain, headaches, migraines and TMJ dysfunction. He also has several years of experience working as a sports physiotherapist for local rugby league teams, managing acute sports injuries, rehabilitation programs and ongoing injury prevention.
As a physiotherapist in Mayfield NSW, Ben focuses on practical and patient-centred physiotherapy care. He works with people of different ages and activity levels to improve strength, mobility, function and confidence. His rehabilitation approach aims to support both short-term recovery and long-term physical health.
Ben understands that every injury and condition is different. He takes the time to assess each person individually and develop physiotherapy treatment plans suited to their goals, lifestyle and level of activity. Whether someone is recovering from sports injuries, managing musculoskeletal pain or needing rehabilitation support, Ben aims to provide clear guidance and realistic treatment strategies.
Ben also values helping people understand their condition and recovery process. He believes good physiotherapy involves education, practical management strategies and realistic goal setting, so people feel informed and supported throughout treatment, rehabilitation and their return to work, exercise, sport and daily activities.
Outside of physiotherapy, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife and son and playing cricket during the summer months.
