Sonia practices an evidence-based approach to natural health following “food first” strategies designed to help you reach your health goals. She is a qualified and registered naturopath and nutritionist.
In her clinical practice Sonia helps tired women feel more energy, vitality and to restore their lust for life. She takes a special interest in conditions relating to thyroid and female hormones including: Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, Graves’ disease, hyperthyroidism, menopause, painful periods, premenstrual syndrome/tension and PCOS.
Sonia has recently completed a post-graduate Masters in Human Nutrition, graduating with a High Distinction average from Deakin University. Sonia also works as a nutrition lecturer at various tertiary education colleges.
In her private life Sonia can most likely be found either soaking up the sunshine on a local beach with a coffee in her hand or cooking recipes she saw on social media that promised to be healthy and delicious.
